Gluten, Soy and Dairy Free
Have a hard time fitting breakfast in? Drink a shake on the go! This simple recipe makes it easier for you to get fruit, veggies and Vegan protein all in before your morning chaos!
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk (stay away from soy if possible)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 serving of vanilla Vegan protein (soy/whey free is best. I use Arbonne – Vanilla)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen organic berries (Costco has an organic antioxidant blend that is awesome!)
Add liquid, protein, spinach and berries to blender (I love my Vitamix!) and blend. Pour into cup and enjoy. So simple! And you have already had equivalant to 20 grams of protein and 2 servings of fruits and veggies! That’s more than your coffee can say for sure.
